Purchasing Policies

PRODUCT RETURNS 

Physical Product 

All sales for physical  products delivered or shipped  by Willow are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

If you believe you received a damaged or defective product, please reach out to us at [email protected] or (604) 812-4103. Damaged or defective items will be refunded the full purchase price if requested within 30 days of order placement.

Digital Product Support

So long as Willow, the company, is in active business and so long as the product is available for sale on the website, we guarantee you access to the digital product and our willingness to do our best to resolve any issues or concerns you bring to our attention.

Online Programs

We have a 14-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all Willow online programs. If after completing the program you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase and you’ll receive a prompt and full refund. Email [email protected] with your refund request.

Delivery

The shipping of any physical goods is processed through a 3rd party fulfillment center therefore; we make no promise or guarantee (expressed or implied) as to the time of your product delivery. Items shipped by Willow are not tracked to minimize your cost of shipping and handling. Contact us at [email protected] or (604) 812-4103 if you wish to arrange tracking of your purchased goods.

Your items will be prepared for shipping within 3 business days. Typical delivery time can range from 5 – 7 business days depending on the ship-to address and other variables.

At this time all items are shipped from Canada and duty is not collected for overseas orders. Duty, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility and will be paid directly to the carrier.
