Do Something Meaningful this Holiday
Dec 23, 2022Who?
Focus on asking questions to one or more elders in the group. If there are no elders or you’re all elders, then give everyone who’s willing a chance to answer some questions.
How?
Put your phone on a tripod, and record! Then after it’s done, you can decide if you want to transcribe it, edit it, or leave it as is.
What?
Invite your people—especially the younger folks—to come prepared with any questions they have for the person or people who'll be interviewed.
If you’re looking for ideas for questions to ask, check out Willow’s free tool called, How to Write Your Heart Will. It has a bunch of questions in 6 categories:

A Heart Will (also known as a legacy letter or spirit will) is an incredible gift for people you love and future generations. But the best part about creating a Heart Will—especially if you’re doing it with others—is that it will be a beautiful, and likely joyful discovery process. It will support you ALL to live and love fully, and probably laugh more, in the time you have together.
